Wait, you're telling me that blowing up his Father, the guy who wasn't developing a nuke, has made his Son more radicalized? More interested in nukes? I never would've guessed.
🇺🇸🇮🇷 U.S. intelligence now assesses that the new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is considerably more interested in a nuclear weapon than his father was.
His father was killed on 28 February, alongside family and senior aides. Mojtaba, 56, took over in March and has said revenge is required and inevitable.
Before the war, the intelligence community's public assessment was that Iran wasn't building a weapon and Ali Khamenei had never reauthorised the programme he suspended in 2003.
Trump met his cabinet and top advisers today to decide whether to escalate against Iran.
