𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁-𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Conduct literature scans on examinations, education, youth, technology, and public communication; build dossiers, fact sheets, and Q&A; fact-check press releases, scripts, and presentations before release. 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Track policy developments and media narratives; maintain a citation-disciplined research repository; benchmark other examination and testing bodies in India and abroad. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Lead research programmes underpinning communication strategy, campaigns, and policy notes; produce in-depth reports, benchmarking studies and thought-leadership material; provide the evidence base for op-eds and Ministry/Parliamentary submissions. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Design surveys, focus groups, and interviews; oversee synthesis with the Data Analyst; distill feedback into actionable insights. 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Establish research standards and knowledge-management systems; mentor junior contributors and manage external research vendors/academic partners. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Degree or Master's in public policy, social sciences, economics, journalism, or related field. Portfolio of research/writing samples required. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 3 years in research (policy, think-tank, strategy consulting, media research, academia, or communications research). 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong desk-research, source-evaluation and fact-checking; proven ability to design methodology and translate evidence into strategy; excellent analytical writing and rigorous sourcing.
