Yesterday, Assistant Secretary for Investment Security Chris Pilkerton toured @BlueFors_Ltd's Syracuse facility and participated in a roundtable with company leaders, local officials, and @SyracuseU academic partners on strengthening U.S. quantum computing and other critical technology supply chains, advancing onshoring, and promoting investment that bolsters America's economic and national security. The visit underscores the Trump Administration's commitment to advancing U.S. leadership in quantum technologies, consistent with @POTUS @realDonaldTrump’s recent Executive Order on Ushering in the Next Frontier of Quantum Innovation. Bluefors also serves as an example of how foreign investment can support U.S. innovation and manufacturing after successfully completing the CFIUS review process.
