I think I finally understand the point of matcha.
The point is… you’re all doing it wrong.
Also, I probably still won’t like it, but I’m willing to try.
have you paired it with wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets)?
for whatever reason, cut grass is exactly the flavor that counterbalances and harmonizes their sweetness
