Microsoft is rolling out a new Windows 11 feature that makes the system feel faster during everyday use. It briefly boosts CPU speed when opening the Start menu, launching apps, using Search, or opening right-click menus. Instead of running the processor at high speed constantly, Windows increases performance for a few seconds when needed. This improves responsiveness without much extra power. Early users report faster app launches and smoother navigation. The feature is included in the latest optional Windows 11 preview updates but is not enabled by default. Users can try it early by enabling it manually with ViveTool. Steps to enable it: - Install the latest optional Windows 11 update - Download ViveTool from GitHub - Open Command Prompt as Administrator - Run: vivetool /enable /id:58989092 - Restart your PC Microsoft is expected to make the feature available to all Windows 11 users in a future update.
