SK hynix says the global memory chip shortage is going to get even worse, with 2027 expected to be the hardest year yet. CEO Kwak Noh-jung said demand for memory chips is growing much faster than manufacturers can build new production capacity. Because of that, he expects supply to stay tight until at least 2030.
