One later identified as Kata, a hacker linked to multiple Discord server takeovers. >The attackers spammed links to a cryptocurrency named after Calamity to inflate its price with community attention before selling off and leaving others with the losses. >Former moderators warned users to stay away from the crypto links, and one managed to wipe the server’s channels and messages. Tens of thousands of members have left the server.
