Ibrahim Al Ghoul is a 20-year-old from Gaza, the eldest son in a family of ten that includes his parents and seven siblings (four brothers and three sisters, including himself). Since their modest home in Rafah was destroyed in the genocide, they have lived in a basic tent since May 2024, having been displaced multiple times in search of safety. The family has no regular income, making it difficult to afford sufficient food despite slightly lower prices, and they are unable to pay school or university fees for the children. They sleep directly on the ground inside the simple tent, exposed to extreme heat during the day and cold at night, while facing ongoing shortages of clean water and medicine. Ibrahim spends most days waiting in long lines at aid distributions, but he typically returns with only small amounts, insufficient for the family's needs. They urgently require reliable access to food, clean water, medicine, and improved shelter to meet their basic daily requirements.
