Q4 guidance was raised to $50B (vs $43B consensus), with gross margin still seen at 86%.
On the call, the CEO reiterated that memory undersupply runs through 2027 — and the 12-layer HBM4 ramp is already 2x the pace of HBM3E, with cumulative HBM4 revenue now past $ 1B
