I can't believe how lucky I am, yet I'm still not fully realizing what's happening I've been building (and failing, mostly) projects online since 2019 I've launched A LOT of shitty things, most of them died without ever making a single $ But I've kept working on ONE project all this time: Uneed First as a simple directory, then as a launch platform, now as a community. And it keeps growing, steadily. I'm making more money than I've ever thought I would make, I'm able to organize Residencies 3 times a year in France an met the most amazing people on earth And the best part? I'm not working that much 😅 I'm working consistently: I'm on my laptop everyday without exception. But on average, I don't work more than 4 hours a day! That allows me to have the lifestyle I want, mixing cycling, friends, gardening, cooking.... Everything I love to do The next steps: - Buy a house in the countryside 🧑🏻‍🌾 - Surround myself more with like-minded people, eg builders, people living their life on their own terms I can't wait to see where I'll be in a year ☀️
