Yes, and from our observations, they have 5 busy days a week. 10 Mbpd over a 7 day period works out to 14 Mbpd over 5 days. This number is now rising due to recent daytime transits. When Sec. Wright says "oil", he usually means both crude oil and refined products.

@BrettErickson28 Energy secretary Wright acknowledged in TV interviews yesterday that the flows are chunky, but said the seven day average is around 10mn bpd. @TankerTrackers broadly concurs.
