Tuongvy Le, General Counsel at @veda_labs, pointed to the mismatch built into putting a Visa card on a stablecoin balance. Card finality assumes disputes can be reversed. Stablecoin settlement doesn't work that way.
She also flagged a second shift already underway. The moment an issuer adds yield to an idle balance, the product stops looking like a payments tool and starts looking like a security.
