In the age of machine and AI, everyone is fighting for something.
Customers fight for compute.
Data centers fight for power.
Neoclouds fight for customers, colocation, and capital.
Broke: GPU Financing
Woke: USDAI asset backed GPU loans
- SPV separates the GPUs and compute revenue from the neocloud.
- GPUs secure in SOTA data center.
- Financing transferred directly to the OEM.
- All revenue flows through the SPV.
- USDAI loans get repaid first.
