$NVDA I bought in 2014 when I learned AI researcher were starting to use GPUs for training for deep learning
$AAPL I first bought in 2007. I interned at $MSFT and saw how far behind Microsoft was in smart phones. Was completely blown away by how much better iPhone 1 was compared to the leading PDAs (remember those?).
