I’m excited to share that I’m joining @NousResearch on the Hermes Cloud team. Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of my personal time diving headfirst into what the future might feel like as AI becomes fully integrated into everyday life, both at home and at work. Through that experience, I’ve come to believe that keeping AI open source and broadly available matters. When you empower the individual, you give people more agency over how they work, learn, and create. Whether it’s one person, a small team, or a large enterprise, that empowerment can compound across the organisation. The systems I’m most interested in are the ones that can adapt to the specific goals, context, and ways of working of each person and team. From personal agents running on local machines to cloud agents helping with personal and business needs, I’m excited to work with the talented people at Nous to help more people access the power of AI agents.
