Today’s @IBEW103 & @necaboston #HeroAmongUs# witnessed a moped-car accident and sprung into action. Ben Kann used his sweatshirt to provide aid to the teen driver, who suffered a severe head injury, and controlled the bleeding and stabilized the teen until EMS arrived.
