Chase Passive Income(@chasedownleads):12 year old kid knocked on my door and offered to mow my lawn How much? $20 he said I smiled “Deal” He mowed my lawn in about 30 minutes. Did a great job. The reason I was so happy? I own the gas station down the road and know that kid will need $22 worth of gas to mow my lawn I paid him and referred him to all my neighbors He’s making me money as he works
