把 Igor 的一次内部分享整理成了文字版👇,这边也把原视频放出来 Igor 的核心理念是 「Your Startup is a Media Company」,也就是说要把你的初创公司当成一家媒体公司来运营,避免掉入一直开发一直爽,上线后却无人问津的困局。 我印象最深刻的 7 个建议: 1. 把一半的精力留给开发,另一半死磕分发 2. 如果一个新功能没法让你拿去发条推文炫耀一下,那它干脆就别做了 3. 文档、更新日志、公关稿,甚至你踩过的坑,全都是内容资产 4. 早期冷启动就得靠下笨功夫,主动跑去免费帮目标用户修修网页、改改文案,换一个真实的好评 5. 一个诚恳的好评,真比一万行完美代码管用 6. 不用想着全平台开花,就盯死一个阵地,Twitter 也好,Reddit 也好,花时间泡在里面跟那里的人混熟 7. 分发这件事创始人没办法甩手,必须亲自下场。把那些宏大的计划拆碎,每天同步一点点微小进展 文字版和视频都可以看看

整理了适合小白的在 TikTok 上做营销增长的入门手册,包括从设备基建、养号到 AI 批量生产的完整闭环 原文还蛮长的,我再整理了一个精简版,没时间的话看这个也可以🤣 大前提,锁死账号环境 不用执迷于美国实体 SIM 卡,平台核心查验的是 IP 和设备指纹。拿二手 iPhone 起步,到手后彻底恢复出厂设置清空数据。 语言设为英语,地区选美国,关闭所有定位与追踪,接入美国静态住宅 IP。 👉 一个可能会被大多数遗漏的点尤其是要注意,手机时区必须与 IP 所在城市严格对齐。时空数据一旦错位,会直接触发系统风控被限流。 新号直接发帖存活率极低,前 48 小时需要模拟真实用户轨迹 每天花半小时刷信息流,进行真实的赞评互动,利用“不感兴趣”选项将账号标签洗进目标垂类 第三天发布首条图文(Slideshow)进行测试 第四天定去留:播放量破千说明账号权重正常;低于两百直接弃用。重新起号的成本远比硬耗在一个废号上低得多。 内容制作上,放弃盲目原创,转去拆解已验证的爆款结构 找出近 30 天内播放破 10 万的同类图文,将截图发给 Claude,让它提取出背后的逻辑框架并输出 JSON 模板。做矩阵的本质,就是把自己的产品自然融入这套框架,批量裂变出不同的变体。 最后开始跑通极简 AI 流水线 80% 的素材从 Pinterest 寻找高对比度、无文字的竖图,剩下的用 AI 生成补充 随后通过 Node.js Canvas 脚本批量完成文案排版与合成 👉 发布环节也有一个容易被忽视的细节!可以使用 Postiz 等工具排期推送到草稿箱,但最终必须人工点击发布。全自动发布极易触发封号,保留这一步人工操作能规避绝大部分风险 最后是变现节奏:图文测款,付费放大。 早期直接整常规视频的试错成本太高,Slideshow 目前触达率极佳,是理想的低成本测试场 当图文跑通自然流量并验证了转化漏斗后,再切入 Spark Ads 用每天 50 刀的预算去放大收益。 抓住平台当前的图文红利期,迅速跑通这套业务流即可。
