Camera cleaning should be free if the following conditions are met:
1. You subscribe to FSD
2. You have a verifiable error showing the camera needs cleaning
Camera cleaning may incur a cost if:
1. You simply want it cleaned
2. You tried to do it yourself and made it worse

Imo Tesla service should never charge for this - it is necessary for FSD to function properly, and it is caused by a design flaw. It should be included in the FSD subscription
