By all metrics he was in peak physical shape but he passed completely unexpectedly in his sleep by natural causes. Lesson 1 - go get preventive health testing done. I just spent a full day doing this on Friday. Most of these scenarios are avoidable. Lesson 2 - cherish every moment with loved ones, friends and family.
