WiFi routers constantly broadcast signals that bounce off human bodies.
The way those signals reflect depends on body shape, gait, and movement patterns.
On August 12 2026, researchers demonstrated that standard WiFi signals can identify specific individuals with near-perfect accuracy - using only the router already in the room.
No camera. No app. No device on the person.
Every WiFi network you walk past is now potentially an identification system.
The infrastructure already exists. The question is who has access to the data.
