Hims & Hers CEO Andrew Dudum on CNBC: * Says biggest lever from AI is adherence, as 10-15% of patients on heart disease medicine stay on past 12 months. It's the #1# killer for fathers, and it costs $0.02-0.03 to compound. Sees path for adherence to 2-3x * Data loop closure via hardware that he says is around 12 months away. One ecosystem that has at-home scales, $30 blood tests, wearables, Dexcom GCM, and bluetooth pill bottle * Compounding enabled GLP1s to price down 80-90% within a year when they launched $150-200/mo against branded at $1,500. Expects $40-50/mo type pricing by 2030 or so when semaglutide goes off patent * Says foundational models without closed-loop data set is not that valuable, in his opinion. Had been building around Sierra for the last year but in-house outperformed very quickly once launched. Costs can be 70-80% less with open-weight models * His dad was 38 and had stage 4 colon cancer, and the $20,000 test now costs $30 which is something Hims will bundle that they'll offer "very shortly" * Will do a peptides launch with a few guardrails including US supply, doctor dosage, and blood tests every 3-6 months * Also gave his own regimen, which is interesting Bookmark and worth a watch:
