Alla has spent over 15 years scaling People functions at high-growth companies. Most recently, she led the People team at Glean through a period of hyper-growth, doubling its global headcount. Prior to Glean, she spent six years at Instacart, helping scale the company from 500 to more than 3,000 employees and navigating its 2023 IPO.
