Bit of sunlight on body, bunch of red light spectrums, blue in places like mouthguards for microbiome effects, Im reading up on new research on green light, and I stay the hell away from those disgusting bright fluorescents at night in the streets in some cities (Singapore needs to catch up here). Soft yellow light on the street is super underrated, loved seeing it in Switzerland.
