Fill your inspiration power bar up- even if it takes some chaos sprinkling- then get the fuck off the grid and lock in. This I’ve known for a long time. What I’ve gotten better at now is recognizing the right time to switch modes. Awareness of when you are slowing and need a kick, and when you are overstimulated and need to just get output out. Do this deliberately and conciously and you’ll unlock a whole new level of yourself.
