Work-life balance to me is happiness on all equations.
It's not about clocking hours at home vs. the office. It’s about being present wherever you are. There’s no single blueprint. No one-size-fits-all. And that’s the point. Your version of balance is yours to define — as long as it’s rooted in intent.
