They called it a "feasible challenge". This year, the Japan Meteorological Agency introduced the new term "kokushobi" (brutally hot day) for days around 40°C. More details will be revealed when the JAF presents the 2027 calendar next month, but the summer break could potentially extend some series' schedules until December.
