Reppo V3 in four lines:
➜ custom epochs per datanet... defence, enterprise, agents all get their own settlement window
➜ commit-reveal + Orquestra... herding is dead, conviction is now mechanical not social
➜ linear decay gone... speed no longer wins, being right does
➜ flexible settlement = every vertical that needs AI verification can now run on it
