Power efficiency? OK.
But cooling solution can handle it? Can do 1200~1600W power draw while top is blocked with DRAM dies?
GPU junction temp will be ok?
Samsung says zHBM (roadmap) will reduce power by 70% versus HBM5 (Hot Chips)
