floor - any epoch 10 cat burns for exactly 1,000 hash-2:native. a cat cannot be worth less than that.
ceiling - a cat mints for 0.16368 ETH and burns for 1,000 hash-2:native, so hash-2:native cannot sustainably trade above 0.00016368 ETH.
hash-2:native sits at 63.6% of its own ceiling.
and it is about to have a reason to be held.
