A good litmus test for any product is simple: are you the first user?
Are you genuinely getting value from it? In crypto, is it making you money?
Let that marinate. Keep refining it as new edge cases and market information show up.
Then DM a few friends one on one. No big announcement. Just help them get value.
Get 2 or 3 real users through the door. Keep iterating. Take weeks or months if needed.
Then open the beta to the market.
Start with value. Earn distribution later.
