“Truth is bitter in the beginning but sweet in the end. Lies are sweet in the beginning but bitter in the end.”
A common misconception is that the truth is bitter and lies are sweet. But in reality, harsh truths are brief, and sweet lies are borrowed.
I created a graph I call “The Curves of Self Clarity” to describe this idea.
My best guesses:
Quiet Desperation: ~65% of the population.
Unraveling: ~25%
Partial Clarity: ~10%
Full Clarity/Enlightenment is basically non-existent, but there are many levels of clarity between partial and full.
