@SentoraHQ is partnering with
@tempo to enable new DeFi vaults:
Today we're launching the pathUSD vault on
@Morpho — our first deployment on
@tempo . Also in partnership with
@chainlink and
@redstone_defi
It lands the same day
@Morpho itself goes live on the network. Together it gives
@tempo three things at once: a stablecoin-native settlement layer, an open credit primitive on top, and institutional-grade risk curation around it.
Why
@Tempo. Most L1s are general-purpose computers. Tempo is fine-tuned on a single workload — stablecoin payments. No native gas token, a TIP-20 stablecoin standard, dedicated payment lanes, sub-second BFT finality, batching and scheduling designed for agentic flows. With Stripe, Paradigm, Mastercard, UBS, Klarna, OnePay, and Kalshi already in the design partner set, the chain is positioned to route serious dollar-denominated flows. As those flows settle onchain, lending becomes critical infrastructure: idle balances get deployed productively, stablecoins circulate more efficiently, and institutions gain access to transparent onchain credit.
The vault. pathUSD lent against cbBTC collateral in an isolated Morpho market. Conservative parameters at launch — 77% LLTV — giving a larger collateral buffer and reducing the probability of bad-debt accumulation under stressed conditions. Oracle pricing is dual-sourced through Chainlink and RedStone via a layered fallback architecture for resilience during volatility or oracle degradation.
@Sentora acts as risk curator. Every parameter — collateral selection, LLTV, liquidation behaviour, supply caps — is set against our seven-category risk framework: technical, concentration, liquidity, interest rate, duration, leverage, and correlation. Continuous monitoring runs through Risk Radar, our proprietary risk management system, with a specific focus on cbBTC bridge design, liquidity, and liquidation dynamics under stress.
The pathUSD vault is step one. As stablecoin activity on Tempo expands, we'll build out additional lending and treasury strategies on Morpho's rails. Curated, isolated, institutionally legible.
