Turns out this guy has also been going around raping. @sfgov currently has no way of removing him, so @sfbos is burning legislative sessions and taxes on making new laws so they can fire the rapist/kidnapper that they hired. The best part: @sfgov has hired ANOTHER rapist, Jon Jacobo, as a commissioner in the same time period.
