Note to founders planning their TGE
Do one fat airdrop at TGE to reward bootstrappers and early adopters, minimum 20%+
Have an additional allocation for "Discretionary Community Rewards" that you periodically deploy to incentivize activity you want in an accretive fashion
No more of the "seasons" bs. The second season will always suck.
