Standing outside Vauxhall station and someone approaches me whilst I'm on my phone, walks up uncomfortably close to my face, when I indicate I don't want to talk to him, he stands a couple of inches from my face, for around 10 seconds just staring.
He eventually goes.
Charity worker demanding money so I guess we're meant to think that's okay...?
