Last week, Base Power Company announced that it had raised $1B at $13B and launched Base Core. The perfect opportunity to write Chapter 3 of the Book of Base. This one is about bringing manufacturing in-house, capturing the High Ground, building a Capability Cannon, aiming it at new geographies and customer types, and where it might aim next.
