Being able to scroll and feel zero rage from ragebait, fomo or envy from wins/flexes of others, disgust with stupidity, is the correct way to engage with social media
For me, getting married flipped this switch. After my time off with the wife I now scroll and feel zero negative emotions. Only interest, amusement or lack of either. Married life is ascended. Hopefully it doesn’t wear off
