Grampi(@reaccionapr):ICE is “out of control”. Really? ICE and CBP have about 66,000 armed officers covering the entire United States and its territories. Houston PD has about 5,400 officers covering 640 square miles. As of today, Houston PD has shot 12 people this year. Federal immigration agents have shot 11. Maybe sit this one out.
