Ryan Orhan(@rynorhn):sam altman is such a terrible, terrible person. genuinely, what an opportunistic dirtbag. this whole thing feels incredibly petty, and i really don’t think it changes much about spacex’s trajectory or cursor’s future. openai spent months positioning itself as the lab that wanted developers to build freely on its models. now this. it feels like a completely different company. if anything, it just gives spacex even more incentive to go all-in on its own stack. the battle between these labs is clearly heating up, and openai looks increasingly concerned about what spacex is building.
