Take the massive projects built in Delhi during UPA and Sheila Ji’s tenure and compare them with the pathetic ones built under Modi like the Bharat Mandapam underpass which is already in shambles. You will see the evident difference. Even the CWG paint on the roads is still visible! Under Modi - Highways, ports, airports, tunnels etc are all the same - pathetic quality. Corruption is the highest it has ever been under Modi and nowhere is it as visible as in public infrastructure. Modi’s rule has degraded India.
