wonder why they didn't just voluntarily do this. seems sorta selfish if they ascribe even 1% probability to the doomer spiel
"out of safety, we're voluntarily dissolving Anthropic and signing a pledge to never work in AI again"
instead it's always just "give us more power". huh. somethin' in that
