It will likely come up with a longish list of gaps that it could not resolve. Have the agent put those gaps into a file before you start working on them. You don't want them to get lost in context compressions. I keep a file named issues.md. I have the agent put the gaps in that file. Then, one by one, we analyze the gaps and replace them with true issues to be repaired. Finally, I tell it to fix the issues. And then the cycle repeats.
