A key procedural vote on the CLARITY
Act fell short today but persistence of crypto builders in the USA hasn't.
We remain supportive of legislation that provides a real, rules-based framework
- one that lets the CFTC and SEC each do what they do best.
Even without CLARITY, both agencies have real tools to guide this industry, and they've already been busy putting them to use.
Grateful for the CFTC's engagement with us so far, and excited to keep working toward a license to offer Lighter in the USA!
