美国商务部解除了 Fable 5 的出口管制，明天恢复使用。既然是解除了出口管制，那么应该不会强制 KYC 验证美国身份了。根据之前的计划，恢复后的使用应该不算在订阅内了。钱包压力很大啊。我更期待 GPT 5.6 了。
