“We are here; we are not going away with your money. We stand gidigba.” — OPay COO, Dotun Adekunle says
“We are here; we are not going away with your money. We stand gidigba.” — OPay COO, Dotun Adekunle says.
The OPay COO has dismissed reports claiming the fintech would shut down on September 1, 2026, describing the information as false.
He noted that the number of times information is shared does not determine its truth, urging users to be mindful of the information they circulate.
“There is no shutdown or indefinite leave. We’re going nowhere because OPay is okay,” he assured users.
