Ep. 268: News and misinformation in early America In 18th century America, news traveled slowly across the Atlantic. Newspapers reprinted secondhand reports, private letters, and unverified stories from abroad, leaving readers with multiple versions of reality. $USELESS has now consolidated in its current range for 51 days and it did this while bitcoin:native, $ETH & $SOL made multi-year lows here's how USELESS performed vs majors & memes in Q4: - up 240% vs bitcoin:native - up 229% vs $SOL - up 268% vs dogecoin:native - up 324% vs $PEPE - up 207% vs $PENGU - up 124% vs solana:J3NKxxXZcnNiMjKw9hYb2K4LUxgwB6t1FtPtQVsv3KFr - up 199% vs $WIF - up 254% vs $FARTCOIN last quarter was defined by the stock market relentlessly printing new all-time highs while crypto relentlessly made new multi-year lows so how did USELESS fare against the stock market? - up 185% vs the S&P 500 - up 173% vs the Nasdaq - up 178% vs the Russell 2000 - up 200% vs $TSLA - up 185% vs $NVDA how about commodities? - up 212% vs Gold - up 218% vs Silver - up 225% vs Oil i could go on, but i'll stop here the key point is this: USELESS outperformed every major crypto, equity and commodity benchmark i compared it against last quarter and this is happening while: - whales continue to accumulate aggressively on both CEXs and DEXs despite the wider crypto bloodbath - USELESS continues to lead almost every other memecoin in relative OI and volume-to-market cap ratio in other words, this isn't just a chart showing relative strength participation, liquidity and accumulation all continue to point in the same direction i continue to believe USELESS speed-runs to new ATHs... and then billions! talk about a beachball under water!

Micron is officially the most traded stock in the US. Daily turnover in Micron stock, $MU, surpassed $70 billion for the first time, making it the most traded stock in the US. This metric has surged +1,100% since the start of 2026. This also puts Micron ahead of both Nvidia, $NVDA, and Tesla, $TSLA, two of the most actively traded US stocks in 2025. To put this into perspective, neither $NVDA nor $TSLA exceeded $70 billion in daily turnover over the last 12 months. This comes as $MU has surged +268% year-to-date and has been the biggest contributor to the S&P 500’s +7.5% gain so far this year. Micron has become the center of the AI trade.

HARVEY TIES FOR 24TH AT 2026 PACIFIC COAST AMATEUR LIVERMORE, Calif. — BYU men’s golfer Drake Harvey shot a 2-under 278 to tie for 24th among 109 players Friday at the 2026 Pacific Coast Amateur Championship at Poppy Ridge Golf Course. Harvey began the opening round with a birdie on No. 1 before bogeys on Nos. 2, 3 and 5 set him back. Birdies on Nos. 7 and 9 and a bogey on No. 8 left him 1 over at the turn. He added birdies on Nos. 12, 17 and 18 and bogeys on Nos. 14 and 15 to finish with an even-par 70. In the second round, Harvey opened with a birdie on No. 1 and followed with bogeys on Nos. 6 and 9. He made two birdies on the back nine to card a 1-under 69. Harvey offset a bogey on No. 2 with a birdie on No. 3 in the third round before adding bogeys on Nos. 5 and 8. The incoming freshman carded another bogey on No. 14 and a birdie on No. 16 to finish with a 2-over 72. “I definitely left some shots out there, but I’m kind of exhausted from all the tournaments I’ve played,” Harvey said. “I’m not proud of the result, but I stayed in it and remained positive.” Despite the difficult third round, Harvey narrowly made the cut into the field of 50 and ties by one stroke. Harvey delivered his best performance of the championship in the final round, shooting a 3-under 67. He recorded birdies on Nos. 7, 10, 16 and 18, with his only bogey coming on No. 14, to climb 23 spots on the final leaderboard. Transfer David Liechty also competed in the event, finishing 2 over through three rounds and missing the cut by one stroke. USC golfer Jaden Dumdumaya won the championship at 12 under with a four-round total of 268. Press Release link: Photo Credit: @BYUphoto
