If you want to actually get sponsored to go to token2049, don't sell ad space on an outfit I added a token2049 filter to the sponsor me index and the data is clear: - Only 13% of sponsorship asks raised $100+ and half of it is going to @0x_ultra and @vanshuETH - Brands care about quality reach. This aligns with creators that have high authority which comes with building audiences over time through consistency, domain expertise, and novelty - If you have no existing audience and simply copy another idea, it signals lack of distribution, focus, and creativity It'll more effective to identify the exact companies you want to represent, pitch them a tailored plan on what outcomes you can drive, win it, and use that experience to build up your own distribution over time see the trends here:

People are turning their bodies and objects into ad space. $163,000 earned, over 60 campaigns, 25% with sponsors I built a public index:
Recent moments AI was more annoying than helpful: - Instinct sending me a captcha code to do myself - Grok Bot taking way too long to do something seemingly simple (20 mins to look up some flights) - Hermes got setup to make phone calls with Retell and completely failed by confusing a japanese retail store staff further by asking her why she called lol - Instinct being overly aggressive with scanning my emails unprompted - Grok Bot unable to self install Retell and Twilio, Instinct got farther here but… - Instinct setting up accounts for me then me having to manually reset the password myself + add it into the vault when it can’t get past verification - putting all three (Hermes, Grok Bot, Instinct) into a slack channel and then redoing my calendar events because they got mixed up on timezones - Instinct being over confident in it’s answers when all it did was stop at the first listicle on top of google and gave me the first choice as “best” Today is the worst AI will ever be. I’ve been pushing the limits on experimentation across different models and harnesses daily. It’s a glimpse into what will be possible but there’s still wide gaps for it to be a full on VA or executive assistant

In Shenzhen exploring the latest in robots, EVs, drones, and all things tech - Still early and requiring designated drop spots but you can get hotpot by drone delivery - Learned Huawei and Xiaomi both make electric vehicles, all AI agent enabled - Huawei is already on their trifold phone and folding touchscreen laptop - There’s multiple companies for self-driving taxis, the Waymo equivalent: we rode a Pony ai taxi. Our guide said they have distinct driving algorithms with Pony being more aggressive lol - Can pay with your hand and face out here, full biometric payments - Drones are being used to monitor traffic, saw it live - Got to try exoskeletons that make it easier to walk uphill. Strange and interesting The juxtaposition between the top of line technology in flagship stores to what you see in the street electronics market is jarring. There’s a huge range in quality, feel, and design. Would love to come back and see a trade show or manufacturer for more production grade and industrial robots. What we saw robot wise were toys, at best. There were over 30+ new skyscrapers getting built that we saw throughout the day. It’s clear that a government endorsement to build, experiment, and educate on technology in a city this large allows innovation to happen much more quickly

Current productized AI “personal assistants” Grok Bot Instinct Pally Muse Where’s Apple in all of this? Seems they could come in and distribute automatically through iOS
