One man was taken to hospital after being stabbed, but thankfully his injuries aren’t life-threatening.
A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene.
In Ireland, knife attacks make up only around 5% of serious assaults, and most happen inside homes, not out on the street.
So seeing something like this in broad daylight on Dublin’s main street is still pretty unusual.
