Jabbok Schlacks is CEO of EquipmentShare, a construction equipment rental company. The company runs a program that lets investors buy equipment and rent it back through the platform

• Armada Fleet Management: managed the equipment after investors bought it
Both got paid on every deal:
• Bevel Financial: $24M+ in origination fees
• Armada Fleet Management: $18M+ in fleet fees
Now they're facing a class action lawsuit over $77M in payments to companies the Schlacks brothers secretly controlled
